June 2019 – EICHLER COMPANY, a certified supplier of automotive parts for Daimler, FCA, Ford, Geely, GM, Hyundai, Nissan, Renault and many other global manufacturers, implemented a new CRM solution using Dynamics 365 with the primary goal of automating the entire business process from A to Z. The project was delivered by LLP CRM.
The CRM implementation brought Eichler a unified, clear, and structured work style, better work organization, and time and overhead cost savings. Moreover, salesperson substitution has significantly improved.

Thanks to the time saved, we now handle multiple times more requests than before and, at the same time, have an accurate overview of the status of each one. Moreover, the chances of gaining new orders have increased undoubtedly due to the transparency of the entire process of handling inquiries. Customers now receive significantly faster responses to their requests and delivery times have shortened. All these benefits contribute to improving supplier-to-customer and partner relationships which was the ultimate goal expected from the Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
